Running for charity is an amazing thing to do.
Knowing your run has helped others gives a huge boost to the satisfaction you’ll feel on finishing the race. You’ll also be more highly motivated during your training and the race itself.
We encourage runners to fundraise for our Lead Charity, Prostate Cymru – but it’s up to you! If you are looking for a charity to run for, check our list of Official Charities below.
If you are a charity interested in getting involved in the event, please email email@example.com.
Prostate Cymru is the leading charity in Wales working with medical and nursing professionals in the fight against all prostate diseases, especially benign prostate disease (BPH) and prostate cancer. We are dedicated to raising awareness and improving prostate health across the country.
Prostate Cymru has no government funding and no association with Prostate Cancer UK. It is an independent charity based in Wales for the benefit of men living in Wales. All money raised in Wales stays in Wales. #savethemalesinwales
