Run For Charity

Running for charity is an amazing thing to do.

Knowing your run has helped others gives a huge boost to the satisfaction you’ll feel on finishing the race. You’ll also be more highly motivated during your training and the race itself.

If you are looking for a charity to run for, check our list of Associated Charities below. Charities may have free or discounted spaces available if you pledge to fundraise for them.

If you are a charity interested in getting involved in the event, please email maria.waldron@run4wales.org and enquire about our packages.

An all Wales charity providing emergency air cover for those who face life-threatening illness or injuries.  Our mission is to aid the relief of sickness and injury, and the protection of human life, by the provision of an air ambulance service across Wales.  Our vision is to provide a 24-hour air ambulance operation with our 4 helicopters based in Llanelli, Caernarfon, Welshpool and Cardiff.  Wales Air Ambulance is funded by the people of Wales; we rely entirely on your support to help keep the helicopters flying and saving lives.

If you would like to run for our Lead Charity Wales Air Ambulance please contact Catrin Hall on 07583 941 287 or click here. They have free spaces available for anyone pledging to fundraise £50. Wales Air Ambulance runners receive a free tee shirt for race day and heaps of fundraising support.
